From the very beginning we are committed to making sure that your experience with us is the very best that it can be!

All of our staff have travelled extensively and partaken in similar programs themselves and know exactly what it is like to partake in a work and travel program abroad. Prior to departure we will guide you through the process to ensure your arrangements are organised with ease.

Assistance & Guidance When You Arrive

As part of our ‘Full Support Package’ Program Option we host a two night arrival orientation program in Lake Tahoe.

This is perfect way to start your adventure with the support and guidance of our program manager. It is also an opportunity to meet and get to know other program participants.

What’s included?

• Lake Tahoe Meet and Greet
• Two night’s accommodation on arrival in Lake Tahoe with breakfast
• Pizza Party and social event on first evening
• Tahoe area information including brochures, maps, bus schedules
• Guidance with finding accommodation if required
• On hand Educating Adventures Program Representative

Throughout your time in the United States you can rest assured that support and assistance is only a phone call a way. We have a company representative based in Lake Tahoe throughout the duration of your program.
